A GoldCare plan is a monthly membership that covers your annual boiler service and gives you access to exclusive member benefits, including discounts on labour and materials, priority booking, and regular system checks - all carried out by our Gas Safe registered engineers.
Yes - you can join a GoldCare plan at any time. Your annual boiler service will be scheduled shortly after joining, and your membership benefits begin straight away.

Depending on your plan, you'll benefit from either a free diagnostic visit, a 24-hour guaranteed response (Plus), or same/next day priority attendance with no diagnostic or first-hour labour charge (VIP). Our team will always be on hand to advise you on the best course of action.
GoldCare plans include significant discounts on all labour and materials (10%, 20%, or 30% depending on your tier), but they are not full breakdown insurance policies. For full parts and labour cover, please speak with our team about the VIP Protection Club.
