Boiler service

Our comprehensive boiler service includes full BS7953 water quality testing and certification, ensuring your system is safe and efficient. A standard boiler service costs £105.00 (+ VAT).

For landlords, we offer a combined CP12 Gas Safety Check and Boiler Service with BS7953 water quality testing and certification for £130.00 (+ VAT) – a cost-effective option for compliance and peace of mind.

Gas fire service

A full gas fire service is £90.00 (+ VAT). Our qualified engineers will thoroughly inspect and clean your fire to ensure safe operation.

Back boiler servicing, including fire service, is £125.00 (+ VAT).

Unvented hot water cylinder service

Our unvented hot water cylinder service is £90.00 (+ VAT). We'll inspect, test and certify your cylinder to ensure safe operation and compliance with regulations.

Gas safety certification

A gas safety certificate is £90.00 (+ VAT) and is essential for landlords, businesses, and anyone wanting to ensure their gas appliances are operating safely and in accordance with current regulations.

Boiler breakdown diagnostic

Our boiler breakdown diagnostic fee is £90.00 (+ VAT) and includes up to 1 hour on site. We'll identify the issue and discuss repair options with you.

Out-of-hours labour rate

We understand breakdowns happen at inconvenient times. Our out-of-hours labour rate Monday to Friday is £180.00 per hour (+ VAT).

This applies to emergency call-outs Monday-Friday outside our standard 8am–5pm working hours. A diagnostic fee will apply if the issue requires investigation.

Legionella risk assessment

A comprehensive Legionella risk assessment and certification is £110.00 (+ VAT).

This service is essential for businesses and landlords managing communal water systems, ensuring compliance with the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water Regulations.

Hob installation

Our hob installation fee is £150.00 (+ VAT) (labour only). This covers the safe installation of your new hob. Additional costs may apply depending on any adaptations your system requires.

Heating system powerflush

Heating system powerflushes start from £540.00 (+ VAT). Powerflushing removes sludge and debris from your heating system, improving efficiency and extending boiler life.

The final cost depends on your system size and complexity. We'll provide a detailed quote during your initial assessment.

Standard labour rate

Our standard labour rate during office hours (8am–5pm) is £90.00 per hour (+ VAT). Each additional hour after the first is also £90.00 (+ VAT).

Most routine jobs are completed within one visit, though complex installations or repairs may take longer.

Air conditioning annual service

Annual air conditioning servicing is £90.00 (+ VAT) for a single indoor unit. Where several units are serviced during the same visit we offer a reduced rate per additional unit - please contact us for a quotation. Regular servicing keeps your system efficient and maintains the manufacturer's warranty.

Air conditioning installation

Air conditioning installation starts from £1,500.00 with no VAT to pay. Fixed air conditioning systems installed in residential properties currently qualify for zero-rated VAT as energy-saving materials. The final price depends on the number of indoor units, the property and the pipework required, so we'll provide a fixed quotation following a free survey.

We work with commercial premises across Dorset and Hampshire, from offices and retail units to holiday parks and industrial sites. Commercial systems vary widely, so the prices below are a starting point - contact us for a fixed quotation for your site.

For full peace of mind, we are Gas Safe registered (566483) and F-gas registered (Ref-1023243).

Commercial boiler service

Commercial boiler servicing starts from £190.00 (+ VAT) per appliance. The final price depends on the size and type of plant, and we'll confirm this before attending. Larger or multi-boiler installations are quoted following a site assessment.

Commercial hourly labour rate

Our commercial labour rate is £190.00 per hour (+ VAT) during office hours, 8am-5pm Monday to Friday. Each additional hour after the first is also charged at £190.00 (+ VAT).
